The apple is a concentrate of antioxidants useful to health and for some time we also know that some fruit molecules have antitumor properties. Today, thanks to a new search, we know how they act on sick cells. To sign the discovery, on Scientific Reports, a research group coordinated by the National Food Research Institute of the National Research Council (Isa-Cnr) in collaboration with the Department of Chemistry and Biology at the University of Salerno.
