ECOdolomitesGT 2021, ecological cars in competition

On November 25th, 26th and 27th, in Primiero San Martino di Castrozza, in the Trento province, took place the automobile sportive event ECOdolomitesGT, dedicated to alternative propulsion cars.

The route reached Ortisei going through suggestive corners of the Dolomites in Trentino, Veneto and Alto-Adige, crossing several mountain passes from Rolle al Sella, through Gardena al Campolongo up to Cereda, under a snowfall. In total 413 km divided in 4 stretches, the longest of about 200 kilometers between recharges for electric cars. There were 8 special tests for a total of 157 kilometers, during which the drivers had to meet the specification prescribed. At the end, two were the final rankings. International FA E-Rally Regularity Cup 2021 – First classified Didier Malga and Anne-Valerie Bonnelle from the french team Red Cow Racing driving a Kia e-Niro ID4, second place to Kalin Dedikov and Petr Benes from the Czech team Phoenix Contact CR, driving a Hyundai Kona E and third place to Guido Guerrini and Artur Prusak from the Italian team Autotest Motorsport on a Volkswagen ID.3. Italian championship ACI-Sport Green Challenge Cup – Three races during 3 days: the winner of the first competition Michal Zdarsky and Jakub Nabelek on Kia E-Niro 64 kW, team Kia Czech, Second competition Carlos Sergnese Mastelli and Josè Luis Rodriguez Perez on Volkswagen ID4 1st, team RPMV, Third competition Franko Spacapan and Tadej Spacapan on Hyundai Kona E, team Mhale AMD Gorica.
