At zero cost for administration, it would help revitalize a sub-fund that is obsolete. We talked to Mauro Barbaccini, a national representative of Ecogas Consortium, who is following the proposal’s procedures with President Alessandro Tramontano.
Our proposal – he explains – has the objective to alleviate the long paperwork procedure required during the testing phase. We would like that all of the authorized workshops that have the necessary requirements are able to test the car without the direct visit of the motor vehicle department’s officer. We would like that finally the declaration of the R.T. (Technical Workshop Manager) would be sufficient and recognized by the Minister of Transportation with the establishment of a professional association linked to the Chamber of Commerce.
